I research web sites and send an e-mail to ones like minded inviting them to look at the web page and contact us. I think it is more of the Lord for Pastors to contact missionaries rather than us hounding them all the time.. One missionary told me he has heard pastors say that they would never call a missionary, and I thought that is one of our big problems, pastoral pride. I appreciate men of God who are humble, and servant's. They should expect that in us.

Good to carry a short term(6 month) insurance policy, they are cheap and overseas we use www.imglobal.com I know many say trust God but then a huge med bill wipes someone out and churches give money that could be used for the gospel. We just do not want to be a burden to the churches.
3000 free prayer cards at www.wynalda.com They are a litho company that do great work.
www.equipministries.org has a great med school in NC. And many other training programs.
Settle Inns have prophet chambers, call ahead and rooms are free for preachers. www.settleinn.com Was told some Super8 and Best Westerns
Skype sells American numbers, all incoming calls are free, and for a few dollars a month you can have unlimited calling to landlines and cells Stateside.

I recommend an ATT cell phone in the States,(they have the best coverage without roaming) you can get a sim card for $25, free replacement if lost. $100 secures the number for one year and can be renewed online. $40 a month or $2 a day unlimited including internet.
I had a card given to me years ago for Doctors and Dentist who helped missionaries, but cannot find it or the Pastor who gave it. does anyone know of a network of these helps?
While on deputation we got one year family memberships in the zoo's, science and kids museum's all over the states and Canada too for just a few more dollars than a one time visit. It was great.
I recommend picking a State and scheduling meetings like a route. Rather than ping pong the USA if possible and use prophet chambers as much as
possible to help each local church. We have hardly ever spent love offerings on hotels between meetings. And it makes it easier on churches if you already have a place to stay.
